PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make sure to read through all the reviews before giving up a job to join Cielo. This company will chew you up and spit you out in a heartbeat. Low salary, non existent bonuses now (but only for us lowly workers, of course), and they try to make it up to you with 'Cielo-versay' and 'Global Away Day'. What this doesn't take in to account is the extra workload being piled on, to the point you can't ever enjoy your time off anyway. After being there just over 2 years, I wasn't even given the courtesy of an exit interview, so much for being a valued member of the team. Finally, Cielo has more management/VP level employees than anything else now, new names popping up every day. RED FLAG
