Pros

Remote work and Benefits are the only plus. I would say salary but if you make 90k+ you will be laid off.

Cons

Stop hiring staff at 90k+ when you know you don’t want to pay that wage. People leave other jobs to join Cielo then Cielo plays with staffs lively hoods. Just be ready to be laid off and replaced with staff who have lower salaries (most likely overseas). Cielo will lay you off with a 30 day notice but make you train your backfill (who will be a new hire or someone from another account with a lower salary). If you lay off 30 people but you add 30 people what was the point of layoffs outside of you just wanting to replace with lower salaries so you can get your inflated raises and bonus. I was laid off after only 10 months yet at LEAST 10 people have been added to my team since I left (fresh new external hires).

Hello, this is Leslie Stroope, Chief Financial Officer. I empathize that the times we are navigating can be unsettling and create uncertainty among our people. While we cannot disclose specific details about individual cases, we can assure you that these decisions are not taken lightly and are based on a variety of factors, including business needs and market conditions. I appreciate there is not much I can say to change how you feel, but I want to emphasize that we genuinely care about our teams and do everything in our power to avoid having to make these decisions. However, If you are comfortable, I would like to invite you to reach out to myself or your regional Talent Management Business Partner to discuss your experiences in more detail. You can contact me at Leslie.Stroope@cielotalent.com. This will allow us to address your concerns directly and work towards a resolution. I wish you all the best in your next role.

Pros

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
