Having a great team around you really makes a difference, and I know all too well that the CES team here are a shining example of what happens when we celebrate successes, knowledge and ideas, together! I'm glad to see you had a positive experience within your team, but it looks like you left with a few recommendations that we could improve on, so let me address these.
