      Pros

      Nice to work with people from across the world. A global company that works with a variety of clients. there is training and career progression and room for traveling to clients to be on site. Flexible as you can work home sometimes.

      Cons

      the pay isn't great and the bonus scheme is quite low compared to other companies. management isn't that experienced so sometimes not sure exactly what their expectations are. also your experience depends on the client you are working for.

      Thank you for sharing. You are right that we can spend more time listening to our employees and give them chance to share feedback with us. Be sure to watch for a few initiatives that specifically address this that are in the works.

      Pros

      well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

      Cons

      No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
