Pros
Great place to gain valuable recruiting and interviewing experience. It's a very fast-paced work enviornment where the days fly by. The dress code is business casual with jeans days on Fridays. The workload is heavy but not to the point where one becomes overwhelmed.
Cons
LTE does not receive benefits, paid holidays and is not guaranteed 40 hours/week. There is no clear timeframe for a transition into a regular full-time employee status- regardless of performance.
