Pros

internal talent management system, technology initiatives, always optimistic (even when not hitting budget)

Cons

EVERY position is overworked, leadership doesn't truly listen because their hands are tied from above, expects a lot of work for little return, say they customize to suit the client but templates the process across every client, if you're not a "yes man" you don't have internal growth opportunities, streamlining overhead by "sharing" support teams and leadership between clients, is the CEO still here?

First, let me say Thank You for your three years of service. It’s something you should be – and I hope you are - proud of. When I think about how much our business has evolved in that period of time, I know you’ve gained a lot of experience, and that makes it even more disappointing to hear that you don’t feel empowered to own your success. And it makes it even more important that we DO hear it, really listen to it and take action to continue to improve. We pride ourselves on offering opportunities for internal mobility – whether that be through promotion or lateral movement, and I would say being a “yes man or woman” does NOT align with our values. Don’t get me wrong, using best practices in process and technology enablement does – but I always encourage our team members to bring forward new ideas and opportunities to improve. Cons

Layoffs every year and sometimes mutiple times a year (sometimes announced and sometimes quietly but teams talk). Have seen way too many good colleagues get let go to get back filled in a low cost geo that turn out to not work out. Every single day I dread getting a meeting invite from my manager or P&C that I'm being let go. Talking with others on my team and on other client teams, we all feel that way. No bonuses anymore. I dont think I've ever had more than 50% of my bonus in all my time here. Merit raises are low 1-3%.
