From a "great" environment to a pressured and micromanaged work place - Anonymous employee Cielo Employee Review

the work environment turned into a pressured and micromanaged work place. When asked, I was advised that it was only to be "efficient". We have to rely on training as procedures are not reliable and efficient. Training is not effective as you are being trained by everyone with a different way to train which delays the learning of procedures. Meetings are redundant and seniors act as though they are above everyone. This is not a work environment that I would recommend for anyone to work at as everyone should never feel pressured in their work place. You are also told that you can be honest but then you are disregarded and reminded or policies and procedures. I would not recommend to work at a place where you and your baby are placed at risk!
