Pros

-Great work st home benefits -Never felt micromanaged as long as results was being delivered. -Felt like a valued team player with client

Cons

-Training gaps The initial training lacked need to know process/procedures to complete job. I remember the first day once training was over and client was "live" I sat in my at home office thinking what am I doing. I have a very strong drive and ambition to succeed so I found the resources needed to be successful. Not all employees are wired this was hence some of the turn over. Management at a lower level such as CSMs or CSD are not knowledgeable or trained probably of what happens in the ditches.

Hi, this is Tara Cassady, Senior Vice President of Client Services. Everyone should feel valued for the work that they do, so I'm glad to hear that was your experience at Cielo. I'm disappointed to hear, however, that you felt your initial training was lacking. We do move quickly from the start but owe it to our people to provide quality, thorough training up front. We are reimagining our onboarding process this year, with hopes of alleviating some of what you mentioned in your review. I'd love the opportunity to speak to you more about your advice to management. I do agree, it takes a team to deliver results and we value the work of our IS and RS team. We couldn’t do it without them. Please contact me any time at tara.cassady@cielotalent.com or 262-439-1428.

Pros

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
