LOW pay - only reason I accepted the job was because I was desperate at that point.
My work didn't feel meaningful.
Cielo tries to pump you up about the work and industry to hopefully make you forget you make $12 an hour.
Depending on your leaders, you might be considered for other positions, you might not. My leaders changed and it went from very promising to zero chance at movingl up - old leader took my interests to heart, my new one couldn't have known less about me - very frustrating after a plan was put in place.
Before I switched teams, my manager micro-managed at an all-time high and really made coming to work harder than it already was.
Workload can be inconsistent so I helped many teams and felt like I was just always being borrowed and wasn't doing meaningful work and contributing.
Very difficult to get benefits at Cielo.
