      -awesome salary -really good benefits -employee's are great -of course the food

      Cons

      -no time for personal life -50+ hours a week w/ no overtime -the ridiculous expectations -the HR department telling you what to do.

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
