      Fast internal promotion to increase responsibilities and move up the ladder fast. My friend is now the GM after 1.5 years of being a new restuarant.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment: made students under 18 work after 10 PM (illegal), and hostile work-oriented environment.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
