Pros

Flexible schedule, quick hiring process

Cons

Wage too low for highly experienced workers, no accountability placed upon employees at equal standard ie favoritism, little concern from management regarding health of employees, Age discrimination with no resolve or assistance from corporate to actually hold people accountable for said discrimination. Health violations rampant in multiple locations without properly training new team members to follow protocols accurately, thus creating an unsanitary and unsafe work environments for other team members. Also would be beneficial to the company and employees to make cross training for each area for each team member mandatory within first month or two ; so every team member understands and learns in a timely time line as opposed to making excuses.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
