Pros

NOTHING NADA BLANK ZERO NOTHING

Cons

This place is so unprofessionally run it is laughable. 5 weeks between an interview and the orientation, only to be told "you'll be put on the next week's schedule. we'll call you" and then they NEVER DO. I got a $5 paycheck for the orientation (cost more for the babysitter just to be there) and the jerks didn't even let me know I had it. Not to mention they tell you at the interview that you're management material, and then offer you a second interview, only to get an email the next day saying "sorry but we're not interested" and then I have to call just to verify that I DO STILL have an interview set up. The place is run by 18-20 year olds who don't know what in the heck they are even doing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Even corporate doesn't respond to your emails (like when I inquired why it took 5 WEEKS to get a background check done).

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
