      Pros

      Working for Chipotle is as good as it gets for a part time job. Great salary, opportunities to grow, managment/leadership etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes the lines get really long and the pressure to speed up the processes increases but overall the pros outweigh the cons. Also it is very tough to move up the corporate latter.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
