You can really move up in the company if you put in the work. They provide a cool environment where everyone can be themselves.
Cons
Exhausting and a lot of pressure to perform. The pay is low for the work that you actually put in. Your put in a lot of pressure to save hours which means you end up working off the clock a lot of the time.
