Pros
There's a lot of room to move up in the company, and most stores have a really great team. The pay is really good compared to most other food service jobs I've had in the past, when I started out as a crew member, the pay was better than what shift leaders make at some fast food places.
Cons
The job can be hard, everything you do you're expected to do both well, and quickly. It can be very stressful at times.
