      people you work with are nice and they help you, you get paid well enough, its pretty organized as well

      Cons

      doesn't help you grow, schedule is really wacky, its gets really crazy and you have to work really well under pressure.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
