      Pros

      Great vision and ideas for training. Strong staff support for training with a good push for the vision of the company. The business process is smart and BO work is fool proof. The systems set in place do so much of the analyzation for you.

      Cons

      Compensation not in line with competitors. Do not expect to get paid as much as other companies and still will work a 50 hour week if salary. The promotion from within can be tricky if you do not fit the stereotype they are looking for. If you disagree with anything or challenge an idea then do not expect to get promoted.

      Pros

      Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

      Cons

      The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
