Pros
Free Meal of high quality. Major chain(professional) business. Fairly good sanitary conditions.
Cons
First let me say they DO NOT give you ANY hours at first. You’ll only get anything from 7-15 hours a week at first. THEN, they treat you like a child the whole time, micromanaging you. They totally exploit the new hires by making them handle customers /tortillas preparing the order so that everyone else can sit back and finish up the meals after they have time to prepare and adjust. The new hire is “thrown in the fire/water” and it’s definitely a “sink or swim” situation where they are testing you, making sure you keep a good attitude regardless of how stressful it gets. Basically there’s no standard for how hard you should be working. If there’s a huge line, you have to work twice as hard all day and you don’t get paid for it. Busy stores(the one I was at) = not worth starting at imo as you can get more hours and have a easier job at Walmart or Taco Bell or something.
