Pros
Chipotle was my first job and I mainly applied there because my a couple of my friends had worked there and liked it. Main pros are friendly coworkers, nice management, free food, laid back environment, relatively easy job, decent pay, lots of fun, not much work at all. I enjoyed my time here and after I quit I ended up missing it but I have a better job now.
Cons
Not very professional, most of your coworkers, maybe even your boss, will be teenagers - this wasn't an issue for me considering I worked here when i was 16/17 but some people may not enjoy that. It gets really busy and you have to work really fast and sometimes your team members will get frustrated and stressed out which will bring down the whole team. You don't always get to work the job you want, I got to but one of my coworkers there always had to do cleaning and was rarely on the line simply because he didn't work "fast enough" in line. Also your coworkers change a lot considering they hire quick and people leave just as quick. Not many cons it was a very easy and fun job, pay could've been higher and the pay periods are really weird and annoying. It's hard to find people to cover your shifts and mgmt doesn't listen to scheduling requests very well but if you become friends with your coworkers or tell your boss they'll help you find someone.
