      Pros

      There really isn't a lot of pros working here. Maybe if you like to cook, but even then you don't actually cook. The food is all organic which is sweet.

      Cons

      Minimum wage for a lot of intense work, and the company tries to suck every bit out of you while you are at work.

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
