Awesome people to work with. The best part about the job is that Chipotle only hires outgoing social people. Everything is a team environment there and there is plenty of opportunity to learn new things everyday.
Cons
It is hard work. Sometimes I have burned myself. You are always on your feet. But some people like this type of work as it makes the day go by faster.
