Great company and philosophy, outstanding benefits including tuition reimbursement for students.
Cons
Favoritism, constant drama in the store supported by managers, poor training including watching videos off clock, GM is often not in the store when scheduled but covered by apprentice when corporate level managers call; negative attitude toward subordinates, in fact managers do not follow corporate policy by any means however they preach it in front of the team.
