Pros
The company has an amazing vision. They have done a great job of connecting the vision into operations which helps everyone go after the same goal. It's something that isn't easy to do, but Chipotle did a great job getting everyone to go after this one goal. The food is also delicious. Free food can't be beat.
Cons
The vision is great, but once Chipotle was hit with the food safety outbreak, the vision was pushed to the side. Many people left because it wasn't about the people anymore. To make matters worse, the CEOs and upper management had no idea what they were doing. They did not know how to fix the problem yet expected everyone else to follow everything they rolled out. It was complete chaos and no end in sight.
