Business outlook
Pros
Organized internship with a presentation at the end. The networking is great, and the employee culture is great, too. Even interns get 401K benefits.
Cons
The ability of an intern to succeed is greatly dependent on the involvement of their supervisor. If your supervisor is distant or out of the office a lot, then you will likely not succeed. Also, it has a lot to do with how many higher up individuals you know, and if your family is linked to Chevron in some way.
