      Pros

      The benefits are half-decent. There's a nice RRSP matching program (match at 50% max $2,500). Co-workers can be nice, but see below. If you don't have a lot of qualifications, love to travel, and can follow instructions without asking questions, this is a good company to join.

      Cons

      Politics are horrible! Keep your head down and don't get noticed. Pay is low. High employee turnover. Completely unqualified people are hired and sent out on the road and expected to handle themselves well on multi-million dollar projects with little to no supervision. Software that the company produces is overly complicated and full of bugs.

      Pros

      Excellent, fast paced exciting Business Unit to Work for. Great relationships with both co-workers and customers. New product development will be taking the software to a new level. The EVP understands the business from a corporate level as well as business level so it is very easy to have not only project meetings but also product direction meetings. Continue to work on on boarding training and strengthening methodology.

      Cons

      Not many. Could have more consistent processes but I think that is a symptom of the growth.
