• loyalty means nothing as your wage reflects that • very minimal support to move up in the company • major favoritism • too many branch managers disrespect their staff and treat them like garbage • some branches are very racist to offer staff members • zero work life balance • too much expected from management with minimum pay and no one listens to provide accurate raises • constantly waste company money on marketing that changes all the time but won't provided accurate wages for management
