I worked at Cash Money full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Nothing that makes up for cons

    Cons

Discriminatory upper management (specifically against a store having "too many of a certain race"), gossip and drama take precedent over managers, hard work unrecognized, innovation discouraged, and pushed to circumvent laws and procedures for higher numbers, no room for advancement (if you're liked or have history with the decision maker then you're good).

    Advice to Management

Clean the house, get rid management that base their decisions on discrimination, gossip and drama, and do not remain silent knowing that some stores and districts circumvent laws, policies and procedures, and ethical lines in order to achieve higher results, specifically regarding not disclosing loan protection and harrassment-style calls. Encourage employees to speak up against discrimination without feeling they... will be persecuted, and do not allow micromanaging of store managers, what's the use of having store managers if district managers are going to micromanage them and not allow them to run their stores, they're the ones experiencing their stores and know what it needs, not district managers.
