Great leadership team, good team atmosphere, free lunches, good for work life balance

Not paid enough as a Branch Manager. Been with the company for more than 10 years yet the new hires are given better pay and accomodations while the loyal and tenured staff are treated like trash. The company needs to recognize and reward loaylty, hardwork and dedication and not cater to the new recruits who have not proven themselves yet get the better treatment
