I've had the opportunity to work in a dev-ops, CI/ID, kubernetes infrastructure, rails backend development, react frontend development, and project leadership capacity. The management team is extremely transparent and open to feedback, and the pace is reasonable. The health benefits are fantastic. The culture is extremely open and transparent, and allows for an amazing work-life balance. We're also extremely experimental and data-driven. Decisions always feel like they're made based on facts and reality and not solely on the opinions of leadership. I legitimately love working at CareGuide.
