The benefits are good. They go with a company called League. It's operated through an app. The only issue is that it's not really a recognized insurer so you'll have to file your claims manually.
Honestly, couldn't complain at all about the benefits package. They offer almost everything.
When I started there were no benefits. Had to push for them. Company finally got around to getting a benefits package 3 months before letting me go.
CareGuide is really lax about vacation tracking, which is nice. We do legitimately fun stuff as a team every couple months. There's also a health plan for all employees from GreatWest Life.
