Decent benefits package. Most positions do not force over time
Cons
Severely underpaid for the industry standard, no raises in sales consultant flat rate commissions in over 10 years. Regular work load increases. Call center(CEC) generally makes your job harder and takes half your commission in the process. Company will fire anyone at the drop of a hat(personally quit but saw several mass firings). Unrealistic workload expectations. Diversity and inclusion trainings are a gimmick that doesn't foster an actual safe environment especially for LGBTQIA+. Club requirements have been raised to unrealistic standards. Opportunity to move up is promised but most often pulled back at the last moment.
