-Off Sundays -Health benefits for full timers -Tuition reimbursement -Hour lunch -If you have health insurance through the company that also applies to mental health resources -Learn alot about state codes, mandates, & regulations
Cons
- Got mandated overtime apparently from July- August with no warning or nothing -Turnover is so high that no one ever stays long enough to actually be fully trained -Sales consultants are babied & never held accountable for their mistakes -Promotional opportunities promised but they just give you more work and responsibility without paying you and moving the goal post farther everytime you get near it
