- Hiring practices...hire only the best. - great people
Cons
- upper management never present - HR walks past everyone except those being investigated...they act like CIA - ALWAYS in fear of union activity so they are always sneaking around to try to "observe" it - "observations" are recorded daily...in fact they have a quota and are always "inconsistent". "We are trying to make you better by focusing on only your opportunities" - standards of product have dropped...content on customers bringing back and fixing then if they discover then doing it when they build the car and know BEFORE it hits the lot.
