most everyone is friendly, lots of training- almost too much
Cons
sales consultants make very little so you have to sell a lot of cars to support a family. while they say they promote from within, that doesn't seem to apply with sales consultants. Always have excuses for not letting them interview. Yes, you have to interview for the new position yet they know your work ethic and their excuses are lame.
