Pros
Good benefits, excellent training program (has to be with the turn over), values
Cons
You have to admire the business model and process focus of the company. In that vain, welcome to the McDonald's of used car sales. As others have mentioned, everything is scripted and micro managed. The attitude of all involved is as exciting as working in a McDonald's (or a factory floor). Not much fun. As to income potential, the process has a limit. If your aspiration is $50k or more, you should expect to put in 50-60 hours a week. The retail hours maintained can be very difficult to manage your life around. You will be working until 9:00pm or later and your Saturday's will be spoken for. That said, don't ever clock in a minute late for your shift and even though you are virtually 100% commission, don't leave early.
