Pros
Not pushy, no quotas, no micromanaging…until it gets slow. Good benefits if you are full time. If you stay productive you can make a decent wage.
Cons
Slow times and low incentive payment make you feel like you are working for nothing gained. Selling multiple cars and not seeing incentive payment due to call center involvement and reduced pay if the customer originates from the call center.
