Pros
Good benefits such as medical insurance, annual leaves and some staff support. People are nice.
Cons
I was excited to work at such a famous company, but once I started, I found many outdated rules that felt like stepping back into old Japan: 1. Employees are not allowed to wear T-shirts. 2. Strict punctuality is enforced (no late entry allowed). 3. Access to external tools for work, such as AI tools or Google Translate, is prohibited. 4. Unpaid leave is not permitted. 5. The team is always understaffed. 6. The workload is heavy, relying on traditional methods that depend solely on manual effort (120% using your eyes and hands). 7. The company uses an outdated, unsupportive system. They promised an update soon but when the system is updated, it doubles your workload. 8. A lot of procedures are needed even you try to complete one document, OT is a must otherwise you won’t be finish your tasks on time. It’s hard to recommend this company because their work practices are outdated and involve many unnecessary procedures. However, if you want to add a well-known company to your resume, it might be worth considering.
