      Pros

      Great new HQ building in Brampton, ok benefits, employee product discounts

      Cons

      Old processes/systems, limited advancement opportunities in the team or between departments, strong company politics within management, subsidiary of US with no say in the way business runs and dependant on US for yearly budget, website, systems etc. In one word, Canon is "big ship that turns slowly" and reacts slow on technology market changes which makes the company not competitive. Salaries are below industry standard and no bonus structure which makes the total compensation even worse.

      Great training, great brand, worked with some really good people. got small perks on holidays and special occasions.

      Cons

      poor direct management, poor defined territories, poor upper management, they let dealers cannibalize sales. Not the greatest salaries.

      Remote work in paper (and your manager makes it hybrid)

      Cons

      They simply doubled the sales target this year. Reduced all the commissions, They already removed the spiff payments last year itself. And no hike in salary. The marketing guys suck, they don't know anything about the competition and market or even the product. They do not even know what is happening in the industry.. The new management simply needs more money . No one cares for how much effort you put in. Toxic atmosphere and dont have any morale..
