Terrible management, stuck in the past - Senior Project Manager Canon Employee Review

Toxic environment with lots of politics. Senior management out of touch with reality, just trying to manage decline. Inept managers keep processes running in Excel, unable and unwilling to adapt. Bullying not uncommon throughout the functions. Yearly reviews and appraisals are a joke. Most managers stay for years as they would have no chance of working elsewhere. They drag the potential of the company and its people down.
