Good flexible working, although it depends on your team / manager
Cons
Canon do not value their good employees or reward good performance. There is no distinction between good or bad employees when it comes to salary review (everybody gets between 1%-4% 'raise'); there is no promotion to Senior levels based on merit; employees at the top of their salary brackets (ie been in the role a long time and/or good performing employee) have a lower bonus than the others employees + stop getting inflation raises.
