Pros
Good team to work in, people are friendly. Manager that i have worked with have been easy to speak to especially for support and are just very good managers overall. Work culture is not stressful compared to other companies i have heard about from friends and family.
Cons
Location can be seen as good from some people but the bus to and from heathow tube station was not ideal for me.
