Pros
Benefits, time off- but all of this doesn't matter once you meet the boss you will work for. This woman is legit the devil. 5 people have left the department in 3 years. HR is well aware of her management style and doesn't care. She has gotten so many warnings and nothing has been done. This place is a great resume booster but it comes at the expense of your sanity and self respect.
Cons
Everything else- this role has been filled5 times in the last few years. Look at the manager in charge. She is the reason everyone is leaving.
