no motivation. managers don't know how to motivate staff. salary is quite low. even the company is in singapore, there are many japanese and try to penetrate japanese work culture. Depends on the department, long work hours. some department can be bit flexible but most of the part, there is no flexibility. you have to clock in 8:30AM sharp and if you are late for few times(even on min) you will get a warning letter. No innovation is coming from R&D. selling same thing. difficult to make change. very inefficient work flow, wasting a lot of time on that. quite hierarchy.
