Pros
Working in an renowned company gives you a great exposure if you are willing to participate in everything and have somewhat leadership quality. Good company for those who doesn't want to grow. Govt. Office working time. (9-5) You can come whenever you want, leave whenever you want. Nobody cares in the world.
Cons
Zero salary for people who actually work. Too much internal politics, favoritism, worst managers ever. No respect for the employees or the trainees. No upcoming projects in S/W division so almost no future.
