      Friendly people and a flexible schedule. PTO is good and the benefit plan is also good.

      Cons

      The pay sucks. The pay raises need to be a lot more than what they are. A high turnover rate for employees is the reason for this.

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
