      Pros

      Company values dedicated employees. Seems that mgmt genuinely cares about employees. Some really bright experienced people here. Very approachable senior mgmt.

      Cons

      Lack of promotion opportunities. Not sure about long range outlook for company. Can be micromanaged at times by some new mgrs (praise more and critique less please). Can be cliquish at times. Slow to make decisions/people not empowered to make decisions. Seems like some of the older execs are being pushed out due to age- not good.

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.

      Must drive to Melville (no train station in walking distance)
