Poor management, clueless leaders people who just perform a Check Box Exercise. If you join this organization you will not progress, it is jobs for the boys & only if your face fits. HR are a joke, they are more clueless than the senior management team. Lots of good people have been made redundant & other good people are leaving in their droves, not a healthy place to work Poor Salary not inline with the market Poor benefits & holiday compared to other companies
