Very Corrupt and incompetent organization - Senior Software Engineer Canon Employee Review

1. No technical growth. Only maintenance type of work. 2. New joinees are mislead. one offer letter will be released, but on day of joining the salary figure is changed. 3. Senior Management is technically very poor - they only want to play politics 4. HR department is not good. All engineers are treated like slaves. 5. Hikes and ratings totally based on how much management likes you - not at all related to work or talent. All process is modified to make fools of engineers.
