Pros
The brand and product are amazing and the envy of all global competitors. Some departments and teams are very hard working and really want to do the best and work together well. Well paid. Opportunity to learn many new things and work across many departments.
Cons
Negativity had been growing most likely due to the way well liked, but poor performing individuals were recognized and that was encouraged and modeled by said senior management. It became an environment that fostered popularity over performance and most employees are disengaged.
